Milk and Dairy Products: Controversy
A great debate rages
over the benefits or otherwise of drinking milk beyond the age of
weaning. One argument states that we need dairy products to supply
enough calcium to survive, and indeed we should drink more milk to
stave off the likelihood of osteoporosis. The opposing argument states
that we do not need to drink the milk of animals as not only is it
unnecessary as a calcium source, but it is also potentially harmful..
